No checkout, no card, no account

Ask for a quote

Tell us the part number and the quantity you need and you get a price with shipping. There is no checkout on this site, so nothing on this page asks for a card and nothing is charged here.

Worth knowing before you type: automatic delivery of this form is not switched on yet. Your enquiry is written down and you get a reference, and the page then shows you how to reach a person directly. We would rather say that up front than take your message and go quiet.

No part attached

You got here without a listing, which is fine. Put the part number in the message and the quote comes back the same way. If you want to attach a listing, search for the part number and use the quote button on it.

Before you ask

Every part carries a condition grade that says what was checked before it was listed. Read it first: it is the difference between a sealed tube and a desoldered pull.

Terms not settled

The shipping and returns figures below are the placeholder values in MERCHANT_POLICY. They are not a policy anyone has agreed to, and they are shown here unfinished on purpose. Ask in your message and you get the real answer with your quote.

Shipping

Flat $9.95 within US.

Leaves in 1 to 2 business days, then 2 to 5 business days in transit.

Shipping outside US is not set up. Ask and it gets quoted by hand.

Returns

30 days from delivery, within US. Return postage is $9.95, paid by the buyer.

A part that does not match the grade it was sold under goes back at our cost. Salvage grade is the exception: it is sold for parts, so it is not returnable on function.
